Also: improvements to Engagement Meter, including an extensive new question bank, and increased Mood submission flexibility.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\nRead on to discover what product features Zest has developed for you this month:\r\n<h3>New feature: Skills<\/h3>\r\nThe newest addition to Zest\u2019s development topics this month is the\u00a0<em>Skills<\/em> feature.\r\n\r\nPersonal and professional development\u00a0are important\u00a0when it comes to engaging employees and retaining talent. Collaborators yearn to learn and progress their areas of expertise, yet they often need encouragement and help to achieve this.\r\n\r\nWith Zest\u2019s new <em>Skills<\/em> feature, your collaborators will be able to share the skills they want to\u00a0develop, and follow them through to completion. Collaborators can add and amend their chosen skills through their regular <em>Check-in<\/em>,\u00a0and managers have direct access to all skills\u00a0via each collaborator\u2019s profile.\r\n<div class=\"big-green-p\">\r\n\r\nLearning new skills with Zest is easy:\r\n\r\n<strong style=\"color: #555555; font-size: 18px;\"><u>1.Set skills to develop<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\nDefined during <em>Check-ins<\/em>, employees\u00a0choose, or managers suggest, which skills to develop.\u00a0Build upon previously defined skills or add brand-new ones; Zest makes professional development simple.\r\n\r\n<strong><u>2. Develop skills<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nSkill development happens outside of Zest, but you can easily remind yourself of which skills are in development by viewing a collaborators full list of ongoing skills.\u00a0During the next <em>Check-in<\/em>, decide if each skill has been mastered, or if further development is required.\r\n\r\n<strong><u>3. Validate and display skills<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nBoth managers and employees can decide when and if a skill can be marked as\u00a0acquired.\u00a0Validating a skill means it\u2019s been mastered, approved, and evaluated (level of expertise), and collaborators can then display it on their Zest profile.\r\n\r\nEncouraging skill development and\u00a0giving\u00a0feedback throughout the process will\u00a0develop a culture of\u00a0supportive, engaged and\u00a0motivated employees, which in turn leads to\u00a0collaborative,\u00a0high-performing teams.\r\n<h3>Additional Zest updates this month<\/h3>\r\nKeep an eye out for these additional updates:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Engagement Meter<\/strong>:\u00a0increased frequency settings, more in-depth reporting, handy reminder buttons, and an all new question bank\u2026<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Question bank<\/strong>: spanning 8 categories, Zest\u2019s new question bank assists you in building strong Engagement Meters which result in valuable answers. Select from the list or choose \u2018random\u2019 mode &#8211; the variety of questions enables endless possibilities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Mood<\/strong>: submitted the wrong mood via an email notification? No worries, you can now change your mind. Want to be anonymous?
