To enable companies that attach real importance to their employees’ experience to stand out, strengthen their employer brand, demonstrate the reality of their promises in terms of Employee Experience, and enhance their commitment and performance.\r\n

Zest User” label:<\/strong> This label highlights the overall effort made by companies using Zest to improve their employee experience.\r\n\r\n2. eNPS” label:<\/strong> This label highlights the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) of Zest users, based on the results of an engageometer or survey.\r\n\r\n3. Top Employee Experience” label:<\/strong> This label is awarded to companies with an engagement score above 8 (feature: engageometer).\r\n\r\n4. An asset of the Employee Experience” label:<\/strong> This label highlights a particular strength of the company, e.g. relations between colleagues, fulfillment at work, etc.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nThese labels<\/a> can be used as part of companies’ HR communications, whether on their websites or social networks. They will be free of charge and valid for one year. Each label will be associated with an NFT, a unique digital token, to prevent counterfeiting or misuse.
