d\u2019\u00e9changer avec n\u2019importe quel responsable RH du secteur industriel pour saisir l\u2019urgence du sujet : attirer, retenir, et engager les meilleurs profils n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi complexe.<br>\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019entreprise p\u00e8se autant que la fiche de poste \u00bb, confiait r\u00e9cemment Thomas Campagnac lors d\u2019un webinar crois\u00e9 Zestmeup\/Fletcher.<br>Derri\u00e8re ce constat, une certitude s\u2019impose : <strong>construire une <a href=\"https:\/\/zestmeup.com\/creer-developper-et-valoriser-votre-marque-employeur\/\">marque employeur<\/a><\/strong> n\u2019est plus un \u201cplus\u201d, mais un pilier de la strat\u00e9gie industrielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que <strong>construire une marque employeur<\/strong> dans l\u2019industrie ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La marque employeur, c\u2019est tout sauf un slogan creux.<br>Dans l\u2019industrie, <strong>construire une marque employeur<\/strong> solide se fait \u00e0 la fois sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue par les salari\u00e9s, la culture interne, la coh\u00e9rence des messages et la perception \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, que ce soit par les candidats, les clients, ou les partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-Philippe, consultant chez Flatcher, insiste :<br>\u00ab <em>On pense souvent que la marque employeur, c\u2019est juste attirer des talents. Mais c\u2019est aussi fid\u00e9liser, f\u00e9d\u00e9rer, et faire rayonner l\u2019entreprise dans tout son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. <\/em>\u00bb<br>Et pour l\u2019industrie, le d\u00e9fi est double : moderniser l\u2019image d\u2019un secteur parfois jug\u00e9 aust\u00e8re, tout en affrontant une concurrence f\u00e9roce sur les comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les enjeux wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attirer les meilleurs talents malgr\u00e9 la p\u00e9nurie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques chiffres suffisent \u00e0 mesurer l\u2019ampleur du d\u00e9fi :<br>Selon une \u00e9tude Links Humans relay\u00e9e lors du webinar, <strong>95 % des candidats<\/strong> se renseignent sur une entreprise avant de postuler, et <strong>33 % des Fran\u00e7ais<\/strong> refuseraient un poste si la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019entreprise est mauvaise.<br>Le secteur souffre aussi d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie chronique de profils techniques : <strong>20 000 ing\u00e9nieurs manqueraient \u00e0 l\u2019appel<\/strong> en France, d\u2019apr\u00e8s une enqu\u00eate Studyrama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>On voit encore trop d\u2019entreprises industrielles qui n\u2019osent pas communiquer sur leur culture ou leurs valeurs, alors que c\u2019est devenu central dans la d\u00e9cision d\u2019un candidat<\/em> \u00bb, analyse Thomas Campagnac.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fid\u00e9liser et engager les collaborateurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail sur la marque employeur ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<br>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le m\u00eame webinar, <strong>84 % des collaborateurs<\/strong> en poste envisageraient de changer d\u2019entreprise si une opportunit\u00e9 avec une meilleure image se pr\u00e9sente.<br>Et si le turnover dans l\u2019industrie reste historiquement bas, il est tout de m\u00eame pass\u00e9 de <strong>3 \u00e0 9 %<\/strong> en quelques ann\u00e9es (source : Observatoire de l\u2019Industrie 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019origine de nombreux d\u00e9parts pr\u00e9coces : le d\u00e9calage entre la promesse faite \u00e0 l\u2019embauche et le v\u00e9cu r\u00e9el en interne.<br>Pour \u00e9viter ce d\u00e9salignement, Jean-Philippe recommande d\u2019\u00ab <em>\u00e9couter en continu, impliquer les managers, et ne pas attendre l\u2019entretien annuel pour faire le point. <\/em>\u00bb<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valoriser l\u2019image aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la marque employeur rayonne bien au-del\u00e0 du service RH.<br>Clients, partenaires, investisseurs ou m\u00e9dias sont tous sensibles \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 sociale et \u00e0 l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des industriels avec qui ils collaborent.<br>Et, comme le souligne Thomas, \u00ab <em>tout ce qui se vit en interne finit toujours par se voir \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u2014 surtout avec la viralit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et plateformes d\u2019avis comme Glassdoor ou Indeed<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-z-green-color-color\">piliers<\/mark> pour <strong>construire une marque employeur<\/strong> solide dans l\u2019industrie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-z-green-color-color\">Mieux<\/mark> conna\u00eetre candidats et collaborateurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout commence par une meilleure \u00e9coute.<br>Certaines entreprises vont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sonder leurs candidats d\u00e8s la fin du processus de recrutement, recueillir les ressentis apr\u00e8s l\u2019int\u00e9gration, et multiplier les points de feedback tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<br>\u00ab <em>Chez l\u2019un de nos clients dans l\u2019agroalimentaire, sur 2 400 salari\u00e9s, 80 % ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 un barom\u00e8tre interne \u2013 preuve qu\u2019il y a une vraie attente de dialogue<\/em> \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Thomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapter la communication RH, choisir les bons canaux, personnaliser l\u2019approche : ce sont ces micro-ajustements qui
