Using Zest is simple. It’s an outlet of expression for when you don’t want to physically speak up or if you’re already overwhelmed.
Employees can express when things are going bad and when they need help. Then, it’s up to us (management) to intervene. We can deal with the problem right away, before it gets serious. We want everyone at Tilkee to feel great, and if they don’t, we need to be able to react.
