To keep up with their development ambitions and to reinforce their management team, Zest, the Parisian start-up which incorporates real-time metrics in management, welcomes David Guillocheau as Director General.
After advising Zest on its product strategy for the last 10 months, David Guillocheau officially joins the management team and the executive committee as lead on product strategy and customer success. His arrival strengthens an already expert team and will enable the implementation of strategic projects as well as the acceleration of Zest’s growth.
Christophe Bergeon, CEO and co-founder of Zest, is very enthusiastic about this long-awaited collaboration: “David Guillocheau has been part of the project for almost a year now and we are very happy to welcome him full time! Expert in the sphere of HR solutions and innovations, David Guillocheau had various business development responsibilities at Oracle, created one of the first 2.0 HR start-ups in 2005, and ran a consulting firm for eight years before taking the direction of Product Strategy at Talentsoft for the past two years. The opportunity to share more than 20 years of experience in team and talent management, combined with his passion for HR innovation, pushed David Guillocheau to join Zest, one of the most promising French HR startups.
