This year has been very active, with 34 new customers joining the Zest community, including Macif, Lesaffre and R-Pur. 2020 also strengthened partnerships with strategic clients such as Decalthon, Edf, Enedis and McDonald’s in France.

In today’s context, it is more important than ever to keep the bond with your teams, at a distance. Zest has accompanied its customers during this difficult period: more than 200,000 work moods were shared, more than 600,000 queries were processed and nearly 20,000 Zests (recognition or encouragement) were given at Zest’s customers’ organizations.

Despite the crisis, Zest did not reduc its staff and has increased investment in its solution, as shown by its last 3 versions released on Spring, Summer and Autumn of 2020. The next release, scheduled for December, will contain new features in Objectives & Skills, for more agile management and more efficient remote collaboration.
