Previously self-financed, this first round of funding, totaling €800,000 will be put towards evolving Zest’s solution and hiring support staff around it. With an ambitious goal of doubling their team and their revenue within six months, product development, client support, sales and marketing investment will all be a big focus.
Artificial intelligence also takes center stage when building a leading team engagement solution. With a mission to build the best technology into their solution, Zest is looking towards hiring developers, machine-learning experts and data scientists. This will reinforce the innovative nature of their offer, including the delivery of conversation features, team dynamics analysis and predictive analysis. Other breakthrough innovations are also planned, commencing in the first quarter of 2018.
